Thank you very much for your recent order and your message. We regret to learn that one of your plants arrived out of its pot despite our efforts and the care taken in packing it. We would like to assure you that we are always very careful to send well-rooted plants. It's true that some plants, such as Hoya, have smaller roots, which can give the impression that they are poorly rooted. Nevertheless, they are always ready to flourish in their new environment :) We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback.
